The Service
The Service provides software for recording incidents, managing corrective and preventive actions, tracking legal requirements, running audits, managing training records, monitoring CCTV for unsafe conditions and reporting EHS performance. Features available depend on the plan your organisation subscribes to.
Compliance stays with the plant
The Service supports compliance. It does not replace statutory inspections, competent persons, safety officers, occupiers' duties or legal advice. Your organisation remains responsible for deciding which laws apply, for meeting them, for filing returns and notices with authorities, and for every safety decision taken at its plants.
Legal register content is provided as a starting point and may not reflect every state rule, notification or condition in your licences and consents. Your team must confirm applicability.
AI Hazard Eye
- Alerts are generated automatically and may miss events or flag events that are not unsafe
- Every alert must be reviewed by a person before any action is taken
- The Service must not be used for disciplinary decisions based on AI alerts alone, or to identify individuals
- Your organisation is responsible for notices to workers and visitors about CCTV in line with applicable law
- AI Hazard Eye is not an emergency, fire or gas detection system and must not be relied on in place of one
Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep login credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use
- Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to share
- Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the Service, or access other customers' data
- Do not resell the Service or use it to build a competing product
Your data
Your organisation owns the data it puts into the Service. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display it to provide the Service. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics to improve the Service; these never identify your organisation, plants or workers.
Free trial
The free trial lasts 30 days unless agreed otherwise. At the end of the trial, the account is paused until a plan is chosen. Trial data is kept for 30 days after the trial ends and then deleted unless a plan is started.
Fees
Fees are charged per plant and, for AI Hazard Eye, per camera, as shown on the pricing page or in your order. Fees exclude applicable taxes. Unpaid invoices more than 30 days overdue may lead to suspension after written notice.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available at all times and schedule maintenance outside common shift changes where possible. Support is provided by email on working days, with additional support levels for Red lock customers as agreed in the order.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties beyond those stated in these terms, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid by your organisation for the Service in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any injury, incident, penalty or loss arising from decisions taken or not taken at a plant.
Termination
Either party may end the subscription at the end of a billing period by notice through the Service or the Safety Cell page. Either party may terminate immediately for a serious breach that is not fixed within 15 days of notice. On termination, your organisation can export its data for 30 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
