07 EHS Scorecard
Lead with the right numbers. Not just injury counts.
Days without injury tell you what already happened. The EHS Scorecard puts leading indicators next to lagging ones, for every plant, so leaders can see where the next injury is likely to come from and act first.

How the main rates are calculated
Standard definitions so your numbers can be compared with your customers' and your industry's.
- LTIFR = lost-time injuries x 1,000,000 / hours worked
- TRIR = recordable injuries x 200,000 / hours worked
- Severity rate = days lost x 1,000,000 / hours worked
- Near-miss rate = near-misses reported per 100 workers per month
- CAPA closure = share of actions closed by their deadline
